This is the second part of the Proceedings of the Conference on Category Theory, Homology Theory and their Applications, held at the Seattle Research Center of the Battelle Memorial Institute during the summer of 1968. The first part, comprising 12 papers, was published as Volume 86 in the Lecture Notes series. Following the Table of Contents, there is appended a list of papers to be published in subsequent volumes. It is again a pleasure to express to the administrative and clerical staff of the Seattle Research Center the appreciation of the contributors to this volume, and of the organizing committee of the conference, for their invaluable assistance in the preparation of the manuscripts.
