These Proceedings contain selected papers from those submitted by a part of mathematicians lecturing at the 7th Conference on Analytic Functions held in Poland at Kozubnik (Carpathian Mountains, Province Bielsko-Biaia) during the seven days from 19 to 25 April 1979. These papers form extended versions of their lectures. The Conference had been originally planned at Wisla (the same region) from May 21 to June 6, 1979, but the organizers had to change the place and time because of accomodation difficulties.
