This article, which is a continuation of [1, 2], is devoted to the study of the operators
that imbed the S. L. Sobolev spaces into the space L_q(Omega). As in [1, 2], the theorems that
are proved here contain necessary and sufficient conditions (and also more easily verified
sufficient conditions), characterizing the domain Omega for the continuity or compactness of
the imbedding operators. Most of the results were announced in the author's note [3].
