Аннотация:
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that comes and
goes as seasons change. The most prevalent form of SAD arrives in the
fall and winter and lifts during the spring and summer. Many experts believe
that reduced sunlight during the winter months triggers SAD. Interestingly,
the number of SAD cases increases in populations farther from the equator
where winter nights are especially long.
