Ross's book will focus exclusively on real estate, with nuts-and-bolts guidance that has not characterized any Trump book since Art of the Deal.

The book will relate some of the more intricate and interesting transactions done by Donald Trump and other real estate moguls spanning the author's 50-year career as lawyer for the giants in the industry. It will offer specific and actionable strategies to the mid-level real estate investor, gleaned from Trump's techniques, to take his/her portfolio to the next level. Covering such topics as identifying potential properties, marketing, financing, management and negotiation, the book will outline how to do it like Trump from start to finish - from the search for investments to closing the deal, and beyond.
