There are many people that I wish to thank for their help in the writing and publishing of this book. While it has taken a number of years to complete, the exercise has been most enjoyable, and that is due, to no small degree, to the many people who have patiently walked through Acts with me as I pointed out things I saw there and as they listened to my musings, speculations and guesses.
