The exercises in this manual have been carefully refined and updated to keep pace with changes in laboratory technology,computer-assisted instruction,biohazard health concerns,and vendor supply sources. The manual is self-contained,so that students can prepare for the laboratory exercises and quizzes without having to refer to the textbook. Many of the exercises reinforce topics covered in a human physiology course. These exercises have been classroom tested for a number of years.
