This issue of the ESCAP Technical Cooperation Yearbook,
the third of its kind, is intended to highlight the progress
achieved in the Secretariat’s continued efforts to refine
the nature of technical cooperation activities and their
contribution to the ESCAP programme of work. Ultimately,
the impact of this work in meeting the specific
needs of countries in Asia and the Pacific is the true
measure of the Secretariat’s success.
