CONCUR'94 is the fifth in the annual series of conferences on theory of concurrency.
The first two CONCUR conferences in 1990 and 1991 were held in Amsterdam, The
Netherlands; in 1992 the venue was New York, USA and in 1993 it was Hildesheim,
Germany. The proceedings have been published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes
in Computer Science series as volumes 458, 527, 630 and 715.
This year we received 108 submissions, from which the Programme Committee chose
29 for presentation at the conference in Uppsala and inclusion in these proceedings. I
would here like to thank the members of the Programme Committee and the referees
for their important and sometimes very difficult and strenuous work.
CONCUR'94 is organized jointly by the Swedish Institute of Computer Science, Uppsala
University, and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Financial support
