The theory of submanifolds of a Kaehlerian manifold is oneof the most interesting topics in differential geometry. According to the behaviour of the tangent bundle of a submanifold, with respect to the action of the almost complex structure of the ambient manifold, we have three typical classes of submanifolds: holomorphic submanifolds (see Ogiue [1]), totally real submanifolds (see Yano-Kon [1]) and CR- (Cauchy-Riemann) submanifolds.
