The present volume contains notes of sixteen lectures as they were prepared by the authors. The lectures by Prof. H. Lehmann (Hamburg) "Chiral invariant field theory and pion-pion scattering" and Prof. A. Tavkhelidze (Dubna) "On automodel asymptotic behaviour of deep inelastic form factors" are not included in the volume for technical reasons. The final preparation of the manuscripts for printing was in the hands of the editors, and all blame for misprints and mistakes of that sort should be cast on them.
