These Proceedings form a record of the lectures delivered at the seventh Conference on Ordinary and Partial Differential Equations which was held at the University of Dundee, Scotland during the week Monday 29 March to Friday 2 April 1982. The Conference formed part of the centenary celebrations for the University of Dundee 1882-1982.
