This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence, ICCCI 2009, held in Wroclaw, Poland, in October 2009. The 71 papers presented in this volume together with 3 keynote speeches were carefully reviewed and selected from 212 submissions.
