This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Autonomic and Trusted Computing, ATC 2010, held in Xi'an, China, in October 2010. The 20 revised full papers presented together with 3 invited papers and 2 keynote abstracts were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
