This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Conference on Grid and Distributed Computing, GDC 2010, and the International Conference on Control and Automation, CA 2010, both held as part of the Future Generation Information Technology Conference, FGIT 2010, in Jeju Island, Korea, in December 2010.
