This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Conference on Signal Processing, Image Processing and Pattern Recognition, SIP 2010, and the International Conference on Multimedia, Computer Graphics and Broadcasting, MulGraB 2010, both held as part of the Future Generation Information Technology Conference, FGIT 2010, in Jeju Island, Korea, in December 2010.
