Nastasi [DGN95] and published by Marcos y Marcos, on Italian mathematics in the period between the two world wars. The reader should therefore not be confused if, in the course of the work, we make reference to this book as a "chapter" , referring to other "chapters" of a volume for further discussion of various particular topics upon which we pause briefly.
