Some of us can remember when Springer and Wiley technical books were beautifully done. No more. There are a couple of good papers in the book but the production is terrible; cheap paper, bad offset printing, weak binding, uneven ink flow, no editorial attention whatsoever. Get the original papers off the Web. Don't bother with this book. It will fall apart in your hands.
