This manual is intended for instructors developing experiments for engineering and physical science labs. Thirteen lab projects are described in this manual, with concepts ranging from linear calibration to examination of first and second order systems to solar cell characterization. Each project contains the required steps to conduct the lab experiment, as well as some background material, plus notes to the instructor on general educational goals and laboratory setup. The common element among all these labs is the use of computer-based instrumentation. The programming language used is LabVIEW.
