Under some strong cutoff conditions on collision kernels, global existence, local stability, entropy identity, conservation of energy, and moment production estimates are proven for isotropic solutions of a modified (quantum effect) Boltzmann equation for spatially homogeneous gases of BoseEinstein particles (BBE).
