We study two-particle spectrum branches of the generator in the stochastic model of planar rotators, using the construction of a special basis in two-particle invariant subspaces. We prove that the branches of the spectrum are in a small neighborhood of the point 2. We prove the existence of two bound stales in addition to the continuous part of the spectrum in the one-dimensional case.
